Buyers looking for homes for sale in the Greensboro/Piedmont Triad area and working with Crenshaw Jenkins are eligible to receive a rebate of up to one per cent (1%) of their home’s sale price (maximum $1500) for completing a portion of the preliminary work.  As with our Seller's program we have computed our cost and refund the excess to you.  This refund is based on the purchase price of your property.  This is truly cash back to you since the SELLER pays the fees.
